All libraries around San Diego see a sudden rise in homeless people trying to use computers.

The Downtown central library closed June 10 to begin it's transition from E street to its new location at Park Blvd.  The rest of the libraries remain open but the sudden influx of homelesses and poor people trying to use the computers have increased.  Hillcrest doesn't exactly have a library, but the Mission Hills Branch and the University Height Branch have the Hillcrest 92103 zipcode.  There was a bunch of homelesses and toothlesses and poor people today.
