New bar in Hillcrest

This pic from 2011 shows the old Range restaurant.  The range relocated to 1202 university and the property was sitting abandoned and then some guy named josephj price bought andis turning itno a bar called the ultra commonwealth lounge.  it sounuds like some cvracker shit.
Joseph Price told SDPix that it would be an ultra lounge with unique eats and drinks.  what does that mean. please.. over expensive shit.
